Augie Moss is a criminal defense lawyer practicing in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Moss began his education in criminal defense as a law clerk at the firm of Durkin & Roberts under the tutelage of the preeminent Chicago criminal defense lawyer Thomas Anthony Durkin. Moss worked at Durkin & Roberts for two years while attending The Loyola University of Chicago School of Law, and currently maintains an Of-Counsel relationship with the firm. In November 2008, Moss started his own criminal defense practice in Wilmette, Illinois. He also works closely with Thomas C. Brandstrader, one of a select group of highly qualified lawyers to be certified by the Illinois Supreme Court as lead counsel in death penalty cases.
